Honduras CAFEUNO Parainema

 

Parainema is probably our favorite varietal cultivated in Honduras. It has a clean, crisp quality, and often some exciting high notes. However, this particular lot from CAFEUNO, is pure comfort. Still featuring that clean and crisp quality, but leaning much further into the brown sugar, nutty realm. This parainema is all about the low tones and we love it!
