Archetype has partnered with the La Muralla group of growers in San Agustin, Huila, for the last several years. This community lot is a delicious daily drinker and never disappoints, whether being served as a comforting single origin, or being the anchor coffee in our espresso.
This season's lot is particularly tasty, with nice citric notes on top of its chocolaty goodness.
