Edinson Argote's Advance Natural Ombligon, Nestor Lasso's Ombligon Symphony Natural, Raquel Lasso's Double Fermentation Washed Pink Bourbon, and Wilson Ramon Joven's Double Washed Anaerobic Gesha.
Both Huxley Owens and Jesus Iniguez, our competitors this year, chose a fruity ombligon natural process to pair with a clean, floral, washed coffees with extra steps in fermentation. Both blends were so similar we tried combining them and discovered an even more complex version of both blends when paired together.
