Ethiopia is one of those special origins that often sparks an eye opening experience for so many coffee drinkers. Most of us at Archetype have a definitive moment that involves that floral, bergamot laced, classic Ethi thing blowing our minds early on in our coffee journeys. We've had a hard time finding those coffees in the last few years, but this washed Arbegona Rumudamo is giving us all the Ethi feels, and is ticking all the boxes in the best way! The soft white flower essence of honeysuckle blossom, with apricot jam, and perfumey bergamot citrus.
