    • When will my order ship? Thanks for trying Archetype coffee! Once you place your order, it will be added to our queue for roasting. It will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) of receiving the order. Our roastery is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
    • Where is the tracking number? When you place your order, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email with your Order Number. After we have roasted and packed your order, you will receive an ‘Order Shipped’ email with the shipment tracking number. Login to your account here for your Order Number and Tracking.
    • Something’s weird! OK, we’re here to help. Please email us with your order number at info@drinkarchetype.com, and tell us about what’s going on. 
    • I’m a New Subscriber. Welcome to Archetype, on repeat! The day of the week that you place your order is when your next order will be placed on your subscription. So if it’s Tuesday, your next subscription order will be on the following Tuesday (either 1 week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks from now).
    • Can I edit my subscription? Yes, of course. Login to your subscription from here. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime. Email us at info@drinkarchetype.com if you need help with any changes to your subscription.
    • How do I edit my subscription? After logging in, your subscription will appear at the top of your account page under "Orders." Click on your subscription, look for the section titled "Order Summary" and click on "Edit Order" to adjust your address, frequency, next order date, and more.
    • How fresh is my coffee? Quite fresh. We roast and ship your coffee on the same day. We pack your coffee in bags with a one-way degassing valve, so it stays nice and fresh. When coffee is freshly roasted, we recommend letting it rest a few days to a week. Enjoy!
    • How should I store my coffee? Using the bag it comes in works great. You can also transfer it to an air-tight container. Let us know if you have any questions.

    Do you all donate to fundraisers? Yes, we do. It is on a case by case basis throughout the year. Please reach out at least 2 weeks in advance of when you wish to receive the donation.
